Max Knight is certifiably nuts. He smacked his head on the pavement after a two story fall out of a window in order to save his PS2. Now he thinks he's on a quest to collect some crystals and defeat the ultimate evil. At one time RPGs were his life, and now, he thinks that his life is an RPG.

Max is no longer hospitalized.

Silas Alexander has been best friends with Max since they were both very young. When he was younger, he excelled in playing faster games that tested his quick reflexes, but now that he's in college, he tries to distance himself from gaming in order to focus on his studies. However, Since Max's accident, Silas has avoided video games entirely, opting to remove himself from the world of gaming altogether.

Silas is a freshman at Cornelia University, majoring in PreMed.

Raechel Hunter, better known as Rae, is a girl whose biting sarcasm and quick wit has made her infamous among her peers. She and Silas have been dating since the two were sophomores in high school. Her brash temper can cause her to do things that she immeadiately regrets.

Raechel is currently a freshman at Cornelia University with a major in Natural Science.

Misti Terpsicho isn't what one would call self restrained. She often does what commom sense or morality tells other people to avoid. Her promiscuous nature makes her popular with most the boys on campus, but not so many of the girls. Even though she can cause more harm than good, she ultimately just wants everyone to have a good time and loosen up.

Misti is currently a sophomore at Cornelia University with a major in Liberal Studies.

Takeshi Makoto (Makoto Takeshi) is an exchange student from Japan. She tries to stay out of the way whenever possible. While she often times remains silent, at a loss of what to say, she has been known to occasionally over step her bounds and say things that she immediately regrets. She is also an eensy bit too proud for her own good.

Makoto is a student at Cornelia University with a major in Linguistics.

Kevin Alexander is Silas's younger brother. He enjoys playing Counter Strike on his computer that he built from the ground up. With his mad CS skills he's gained a reputation as 'k3v1n, bringer of Doom and Destruction.' While his skills with computers are exceptional for his age, his behavior around others makes it evident that he is still only 12 years old.

Kevin is in sixth grade, and excels in math.

Robby Hunter is Kevin's best friend, and he cannot stop thinking about ninjas. These guys are cool. And by cool I mean totally sweet. Robby simply is a whacky kid who believes that ninjas can physically destroy anything and everything without even thinking twice. He can be annoying at times, but he's good for a laugh and is willing to go above and beyond to help his friends.

Robby is also in sixth grade, and has a black belt in karate chopping and also punching.

Monica Bjorn is a mental patient who teamed up with Max to escape St. Fillian's Hospital. She claims to have lost her eye when involved in some sort of baby cock-fights when she was a toddler. The validity of such a claim is still up in the air. One thing is known for certain, she has tattoos on her arms.
