I had a quiz in 2003 about the comic. Everyone was under the impression that Spiney McCactoCrap was the name of the cactus. The harsh reality of the subject was simply that cacti do not have names.

No one was willing to come to grips with this, so I explained it in this title.

Also, this was a strip that I just did on the fly because I wanted to make yet another metal gear solid homage, and keep Max associated with the color red.
